Café Below serves great home-cooking in the heart of the City, located in the crypt of Wren’s St Mary-le-Bow church. In autumn 2009 we underwent great change: we started serving meat for the first time, began opening in the evenings for supper, drinks and nibbles, and we created a new visual identity for ourselves.
I worked with the Director, Bill Sewell, and our team of chefs and designers to promote Café Below to critics, writers, customers and suppliers.
